it's almost october?!?

i'm telling you people, i don't know where this past year has gone.
it seems like it was just days ago that dennis and i were married, but when i sit with all my fingers and toes (to make sure my math is right)i get 1, 2, 3, blah, blah blah, 12! almost 12 months, my golly that's a year!

please, go ahead and be amazed at my skills.

so i guess it would be appropriate to start our lovely little blog by recapping some of our first year together.
